Saul Jenkins is a certified social worker, and professional coach, based in the New Hampshire area.

After working as a therapist for ten years, I joined my family’s housewares company following our father’s illness. For seven years I managed a sales force of over 120 people, most of whom traveled extensively for their work. Keeping my salespeople on track, focused, and consistently motivated proved enormously challenging and fulfilling. But I was working for weeks at a time with no days off, I rarely saw my own home, and I missed the one-to-one interaction with clients that I had as a therapist.

For me, coaching provides the answer. Coaching allows me to integrate the best practices I learned from sales and management, with the intuitive communication I learned as a social worker.

I have extensive experience and training in sales, accounting, project management, and human resources. I graduated from John Hopkins University School of Social Work, and at the age of 24, I was hired to be the program manager of a group of private addiction treatment programs in and around Kennebunkport, Maine. In 1998, I became a sales manager of a small company, and helped increase our revenues by 50% over the next 7 years.

For the past 15 years, I have managed or supervised over 200 employees, and have found the most unruly one to be myself. But through the process of learning to manage and discipline myself, I have developed tremendous compassion and patience for the journey of others. I look forward to working with you.
